Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of $250 is due two (2) days before check in, and will automatically be placed as a hold on the credit card used at the time of booking. Once you check out and there are no damages noted, the deposit will be released in full within three (3) days of your check out. Your card WILL NOT be charged if there are no damages to the home. 

Rental Agreement will be emailed to guest at the time of booking and must be signed in order to complete the reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy of the property is 12 total people. This includes non-overnight guests. Occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Outdoor security camera on the premises, faces outward toward driveway and street, stays live 24/7.

POOL INFO: The Sea Isle Community Pool is located a few blocks away from the home. The pool is open, weather permitting, from 10am-8pm seasonally, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Guests MUST purchase a pool pass for $100 per week for up to 10 guests from the Sea Isle POA. Please inquire with owner at the time of booking if you are interested in accessing the pool during your stay.
